We’re seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our in-office team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn the ropes of both sales and marketing in the fast-paced world of natural CPG. You’ll play a hands-on role supporting cross-functional initiatives and helping us grow our reach.

What You’ll Do

Sales Support

  • Maintain and manage product data across platforms (IX-One, Syndigo, etc.)
  • Set up new items with retail and distribution partners
  • Coordinate with brokers and internal teams to support sales processes
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral (sell sheets, decks, etc.)
  • Manage product sample requests and shipments
  • Organize and update internal sales documents and certifications
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries from general sales inboxes
  • Generate SPINS data reports and assist with retail media execution
  • Ensure e-commerce product compliance and third-party certification integration

Marketing Coordination

  • Support the planning, logistics, and execution of trade shows and events
  • Manage the marketing calendar across channels and partners
  • Coordinate influencer kits, PR packages, and marketing shipments
  • Maintain and track marketing budgets and expenses
  • Assist with shopper marketing programs and third-party demos
  • Oversee implementation of creative marketing assets into appropriate systems
  • Act as point of contact for our general email and liaise with external marketing and design partners

Other Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with graphic designers on packaging and print materials
  • Pitch in on special projects and tasks as needed across departments

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with SPINS, Syndigo, IX-One, or retail data platforms is a plus
  • Interest in plant-based, natural foods or CPG is a big bonus
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic office environment (this is not a remote position)
