We are working with a group which is part of a well-connected CPG company with both branded and non-branded product lines. As the #1 supplier of frozen Seafood in Canada, they are now looking to build a similarly dominant presence in the U.S. market: focusing on expansion into mainstream grocery.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a self-starting, results-driven Key Account Manager to drive growth of our l seafood business across major U.S. retailers. The ideal candidate brings strong existing relationships within key retailers such as Walmart, Target, Albertsons, and Publix, and has a proven track record of successfully launching or scaling programs in the frozen seafood category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and grow key retail accounts in the U.S., with a focus on both private label & branded seafood programs
  • Secure new listings and expand distribution within national retailers (Target, Walmart, Albertsons, Publix, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, packaging, and operational logistics to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
  • Deliver revenue results within 8–12 months of hire
  • Leverage your existing network (“rolodex”) to accelerate time to market
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy—this is a leadership role with direct access to decision makers
  • Monitor and analyze performance data, sharing insights and adjustments with leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 7+ years’ experience in private label seafood sales
  • Strong buyer relationships in key U.S. retail channels
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led company
  • Proven ability to work independently and be accountable for sales results
  • Comfortable in a remote role with minimal oversight
  • Hungry, motivated, and confident you can deliver in your first year
