We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Lead for the Americas to support a rapidly growing food manufacturing organization. This role will serve as a key business partner to senior leadership and will be responsible for building, scaling, and leading people strategies that support organizational growth, employee development, and operational excellence across the Americas region.
The ideal candidate is a strong organizational development leader with deep experience in scaling teams, building employee growth and succession plans, and leading HR teams in a fast-paced CPG or food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the HR strategy for the Americas, aligning people initiatives with business objectives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
- Build and scale HR programs to support rapid growth, including onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and succession planning
- Design and implement employee growth frameworks and career development plans
- Drive organizational development initiatives to strengthen leadership capability, engagement, and culture
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative function
- Partner closely with operations and manufacturing leadership to support hourly and salaried workforces
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across applicable regions
- Support change management efforts related to scaling, restructuring, or operational expansion
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field (required)
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant leadership responsibility
- Proven experience building and scaling HR teams in a high-growth environment
- Strong background in organizational development, talent management, and employee development planning
- Experience within the CPG and/or food manufacturing industry strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence at all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach with the ability to operate strategically and tactically
