The EVP, Growth will be a dynamic and strategic leader responsible for propelling our growth through innovative brand positioning, targeted marketing strategies, business development, and nurturing client relationships. The EVP, Growth will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s direction, offerings, and market presence by leveraging industry trends and competitive insights. Responsibilities

Shaping Company Direction and Offering:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to define and refine the company’s vision, mission, and strategic direction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, client priorities, and competitive activities to guide company strategy.
  • Drive forward-looking thinking within the company by identifying new service offering and market opportunities.

Brand Positioning and Marketing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies that enhance our market position and reputation.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead the marketing team in creating compelling content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources and maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

Business Development:

  • Lead the business development team in identifying and pursuing new client acquisition opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and enter new markets.
  • Foster relationships with key industry stakeholders, potential clients, and partners to drive business growth.
  • Create and present compelling pitch materials and proposals to secure new business deals, leaning in directly on strategic opportunities.

Strategic Client Relationship Development:

  • Lead the client services team in strengthening and growing existing client relationships through strategic engagement and exceptional service delivery.
  • Establish best-practices to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
  • Work closely with the client services team and subject matter experts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Position us as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and aligning our offerings to meet their goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role focused on growth, marketing, or business development, product design industry experience highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and expanding and elevating market presence.
  • Strong understanding of product design and innovation industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful branding and marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
